I'll include the url encoding fix included in this patch. At the moment there is a problem with 2.6.0 and the version of apache/passenger in ports that I'm working out. I also patched 0.25.5's service provider to use augeas, but the service provider was totally rewritten in 2.6.0 much to my surprise. I also patched/removed the ports provider since it doesn't/can't work reliably. FYI. Nobody ever commited the update to 0.25.5 submitted in ports/146812. -- Russell A.
