pkg_delete apache-1.3.22_7

It was my understanding that pkg_delete will only remove files
which are listed in +CONTENTS with a matching MD5 sum.
@dirrm directives should fail if the directory is nonempty.

What's the deal?  It is certainly surprising to see my /usr/local/www
completely wiped out.
