I have done this (for Apache 1.3.6 and modssl-2.2.8). Now our WWW-Server is
capable of SSL connections.

The is only one problem: you cannot use Frontpage with an SSL-connection if 
you don't have a server certificate of (Frontpage-compiled-in) Root-CAs like
VeriSign. 

If you are interested I can mail you my "port".
