After a short searcht at groups.google.com i think only nautilus 
uses FAM if configure find it. (i've found an open  PR from 2002-05-08:
http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/query-pr.cgi?pr=ports/38253)

i think it don't solves my problem if i turn off FAM-support.

Let's wait for the next GNOME2-snapshot, myabee that's the 
solution. :-)
