Subject: Using ipoptions and fwd with ipfw

I am attempting to go into the use of ipfw in greater depth.
I would appreciate it if anyone has any examples of using
ipoptions and fwd with ipfw.

I am attempting to learn what these items can do, but about
all I have managed to do with them so far is block packets
for reasons I don't understand.

Many thanks for any help,
