Guys,

Just upgraded a 4.5-R (probably -p5?) machine to 4.10-R. (cvsup, make
buildworld, buildkernel, installkernel, installworld, etc etc)

For some strange reason, a random set of files were removed from
/usr/local/bin.  pico, checkpassword, procmail that I know of for sure so
far.

Don't know if other non /usr/local/bin files were affected...but keep an
eye out!
