patch with update to 2.3.0

Hello,

attached a simple patch to update this port to the current version.

And some QA:

# make stage && make stage-qa && make check-plist
====> Running Q/A tests (stage-qa)
====> Checking for pkg-plist issues (check-plist)
===> Parsing plist
===> Checking for items in STAGEDIR missing from pkg-plist
===> Checking for items in pkg-plist which are not in STAGEDIR
===> No pkg-plist issues found (check-plist)

# portlint -C
looks fine.

And a simple run time test through executing the exsample:
# php work/IO_SWF-2.3.0/sample/jpeg_dump.php dump /tmp/test.jpg
