We can have usernames <= 16 characters on 4.x and over, so submission would be my first choice, to match the service name. Otherwise, the original proposition of smmsp works fine. And since you won't be using uid 25 for the first one, how about 65533 for the nullmail user? That's (uid of nobody) - 1 for those keeping score at home.
