Thank you.  Nothing is jumping out at me in either dump to explain a stall =
and
your NVM is at a level that seems commonly used.

There are two things I might try but not confident they will do anything for
you
1) Disable EEE in case the switch has bugs (loader tunable hw.em.eee_settin=
g=3D0)
2) There are some changes is 14.2-beta1 that will dump management traffic s=
tats
if you are comfortable upgrading, I am still a little skeptical of the BMC
interfering with igb0 if you don't have that set to dedicated or disabled in
the BIOS
