When = you kldload dtrace, dtrace.ko gets a reference; loading dtraceall.ko adds a sec= ond reference to dtrace.ko. The first attempt to unload dtrace releases the initial reference, but dtraceall.ko's reference ensures that dtrace.ko remains loaded.
