	IPFW for sure, if it's installed you have:

net.inet.ip.fw.debug: 1
net.inet.ip.fw.one_pass: 1
net.inet.ip.fw.verbose: 1
net.inet.ip.fw.verbose_limit: 2000

which are not present if there is no IPFW. Can't help you much beyond
that, but hopefully that'll give you a place to start.
