The size was increased so as to have enough space to download the sources,
build and install a new kernel (while saving the old kernel), and to buildw=
orld
and installworld.

The previous size did not allow this and growfs does not work inside a virt=
ual
machine spun up in bhyve. Thus some effort is required to use the weekly
snapshots if they are going to be used for development with a smaller size.

Reducing the size to 27Gb is probably going to (barely) still be enough to
build a complete system, but it will be really tight and almost certainly be
forced to grow again before too long.
