1)	Win95 asks if you have a CDROM.  If you say yes and it doesn't
	see one, it gets aggressive on its probes.  WE could do the
	same, but it is not acceptable to be aggressive this way without
	asking first.

2)	Win95 will automatically see the device, but it will incorrectly
	fill out the drive ID on drives after 0x81 with 0x00 in the IOS
	control structure associated with the device.  I'm still looking
	for a way to get this information, but it seems symptomatic of
	multiple controllers with a single BIOS.  So Win95 won't handle
	them quite correctly either.
