I've been having some problems getting the ftp mirroring connections
going. For the meantime, go ahead and ftp ftp ns3.saargate.de, where
you'll find all the new ones.

I just found out there was a src-4 stale lock file hanging around. I
cleared it, and I'll watch the next generation closely to see if there was
some reason behind it, so you won't find a more recent src-4 than 4/20.
