--WIyZ46R2i8wDzkSu Content-Type: text/plain; charset=us-ascii Content-Disposition: inline Content-Transfer-Encoding: quoted-printable Hi, I'm wondering if there is any way to stop my system completely falling over when my YP/NIS server is no longer available? I am unable to login, even with my root account. I have a local user that I would like to use (when the YP/NIS server is unavailable) but this seems impossible. Any ideas on this matter? -lewiz. --=20 The reason we come up with new versions is not to fix bugs.
