py-gobject3 uses a wrong substitute that is easily fixed with changing the
egg-info entry in pkg-plist (use %%PYTHON_VER%% instead of %%PYTHON_VERSION%%)
and adding a PLIST_SUB+= PYTHON_VER=${PYTHON_VER}.
