You must have a previous version of the native port installed to use
NATIVE_BOOTSTRAP.  This flag is for people who've installed the port
then uninstalled the Linux JDK and don't wish to have to reinstall
just to upgrade the port.  If you don't have the port installed then
you need to bootstrap with the Linux JDK.
