Mike: You need to modify the 'maxusers' parameter in the kernel config and build a new kernel. Details for doing this are in the handbook. The maxusers parameter controls the maximum number of proces tables - it's not a one to one ratio, but and I can't think of the formula off the top of my head. Anyway, if you set this to something around the 100 mark, rebuild your kernel & reboot, then you should be good to go. One thing to note - from release 4.5 onwards, the value defaults to zero in the config file, and I think the max is determined based on the available memory. You can still override it by supplying a positive value.
