It struck me as odd that although does say that send-pr(1) is preferred, it does still mention just e-mailing freebsd-bugs@FreeBSD.org. While I've argued in a commercial environment that customer convenience is key and that plain e-mail bug reports are just as important as those coming in via an automated filing system, perhaps in a volunteer environment this is just asking for problem reports to go into a black hole... Also, the send-pr(1) link goes to the submission web page instead of to the manual page for the *command* it explicitly references. If I wasn't just on my way to bed I might suggest a rewording that pointed first at the (explicitly referenced) web page (since we're on a web page here already), then happened to mention the send-pr(1) command possibly available on the user's system, and just kept quiet about the -bugs mailing list...
