Got an "unfetchable distfile" notice from Fenner.  The stanford.edu site works; planetmirror does not.  Both sites were skipped by the portsurvey script, for whatever reason.

I would remove planetmirror for now.  Also - I don't have commit privs;  it makes sense to switch the maintainer to someone else who does.
