Apparently you have to run it as root, and then it works fine--is anyone else seeing this behavior? The /usr/X11R6/bin/firefox script etc. has execute perms for any user. What's the tweak that needs to be done so that a normal user can run it? I didn't see anything in the package message. Jesse Sheidlower
