If you follow the steps outlined in the Copyright, you can indeed sell it. You could even package up a binary distribution (removing all of the parts which don't allow binary-only distributions) and call is PCOS and be perfectly within your rights. The BSD license allows such things, although you'd be missing alot of the system such as the entire development toolset. Nate
