I'm very much for this as it doesn't make a great deal of sense to have 3 different tcpdump binaries floating around with small differences in their feature sets. We already have local modifications to the in-tree tcpdump (tokenring) and as its imported with vendor tags it shouldn't be all that difficult to reconcile local changes with whatever the next release brings us. -- | Matthew N.
