The source trees are in /usr/src/usr.sbin/pkg_install.

If you cannot find it, you can get them off the CD by doing
the following command:

cd /tmp
cat /cdrom/src/susbin* | gzip -dc - | tar xvf - usr.sbin/pkg_install

The source code will be in /tmp/usr.sbin/pkg_install/
