Sender: owner-freebsd-questions@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.ORG There appears to be a major difference between CD #1 of the 2.2.6 distribution and the same CD of the 2.2.7 distribution. Specifically, the samba package appears to not be present in the 2.2.7 distribution. I guess I need to learn how to install the samba package using the pkg_add utility. Am I missing something here? How do I determine the package ID for the Samba package so I can install using the pkg_add utility. Thanks for any input. ... doug _____________________________________________________________________ Doug Jolley mailto://doug@footech.com http://www.footech.com Don't bogart that file, my friend.
