Thanks for your help unfortunately it does not solve my problem
the  symbol undefined symbol message is still there ...

/libexec/ld-elf.so.1: /usr/local/libexec/slapd: Undefined symbol 
"ldap_pvt_csnstr"

I'm stucked ...
