restic is a hog and pulls in hundreds of requisites spamming the distinfo.

While I am still using restic myself, I am not convinced that anyone can 
curate 500 requisites properly. We have had node.js/npm accidents before.

Borgbackup, by contrast, has a rather concise list of requisites.
