There is: lynx.  On my 2.0.5 CD-ROM, it's precompiled and ready to go.
You can download it from ftp.freebsd.org as well.  Type

	pkg_add lynx-2.3.7.tgz

then `rehash' and then `lynx' and you're ready to go.
