editors/wily patch to add port

Wily is a mouse-oriented, text-based working environment for programmers. It
lets you interact with your files, directories and other programs through m=
ouse
and keyboard operations on plain text.

It is based on Acme, the mouse-centric editing environment for the Plan 9
operating system.

Very low on dependencies (C, X11, Xt)

Attached is a patch to add the editors/wily port
