The eventual purpose will be for a SQUID server in a couple of months once the drivers are back ported. e.g. same drives, but with Write back and a 128K stripe size vs. the default -------Sequential Output-------- ---Sequential Input-- --Random-- -Per Char- --Block--- -Rewrite-- -Per Char- --Block--- --Seeks--- Machine MB K/sec %CPU K/sec %CPU K/sec %CPU K/sec %CPU K/sec %CPU /sec %CPU 40 16341 99.1 20746 38.3 20307 52.7 14187 100.0 94033 98.2 9744.2 99.8 v.s.
