Oops, -rc1 was supposed to be part of DISTVERSION, not separate. This
creates a synthetic 0.11.1 before the actual release, and Repology would
be right to ignore it. However, I don't want to bump PORTEPOCH given
there were *no* changes between v0.11.0-rc1 and v0.11.0 and if v0.11.1
does have changes that can be accounted via PORTREVISION bump.
