END QUOTE https://www.freebsd.org/security/unsupported/ reports: Branch Release Type Release Date EoL releng/12.4 12.4-RELEASE n/a December 5, 2022 December 31, 2023 It was publicly announced in 2023. Such announcements also apply to the end of official pkg support and to updating the port-packages. According to the build fallout records the last build failure for 12.* port package builds was: https://lists.freebsd.org/archives/freebsd-pkg-fallout/2023-December/542748= .html and was: =3D>> Building net/thcrut build started at Sun Dec 31 14:26:45 UTC 2023 There were no port-package build runs for 12.* in 2024 or later (otherwise there would be some fallout). As far as pkg goes, I'm not sure when the last port--packages build from 2023 was removed, emptying or deleting: http://pkgmir.geo.freebsd.org/FreeBSD:12:amd64/ I'm not aware of a way to figure that out from public information. Technically, any such that was accessible for part of 2024 (or later) still had an unsupported/not-updated status at that time. The more interesting time frame for "unsupported" is when the updates have stopped, not when the later emptying/deleting happens. --=20 You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.=
