Brevity is always a good idea. ed, rm, cd, ls.

     rpi3:/root # cd /sbin
     rpi3:/sbin # ln -s etherswitchcfg eswcfg
     rpi3:/sbin # ls -l etherswitchcfg eswcfg
     lrwxr-xr-x  1 root  wheel      14 Dec 12 11:13 eswcfg -> etherswitchcf=
g
     -r-xr-xr-x  1 root  wheel  204208 Dec  5 22:05 etherswitchcfg

There you go. This will survive 'make installworld' as a bonus.
Otherwise, a hard link would do as well.

Ross
