This is solved, loading the BIOS and the SETUP Defaults was the solution.

I've had upgradet the BIOS to the last available version for this board
(312-1 in the bios/BETA dir from ASUS [BETA means not beta status,
it means that some minor bugs are fixed, whitout running the entire
BIOS testsuite completly again])

The machine has now done a kernel with -j8 without a sig 10/11
