Similarly, annotated sources, such as http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/UPDATING?annotate=1.416.2.40.2.9 , provide inaccurate links like http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/cvsweb.cgi/src/UPDATING#rev1.416.2.40.2. Note that there isn't an anchor "rev1.416.2.40.2" isn't provided on the UPDATING log page (listed above).
