Hello there: Recently I bought The complete FreeBSD, 2nd edition, by Greg Lehey. I tried to install it into my computer but in vain. At first, everything seems fine until boot up. It encounter fatal error when trying to mount my SCSI drives. I dont know what to do now. I chose FreeBSD over Linus hoping to find something better, but I am very dispointing not being able to get it loaded. Your help will be appreciated. My computer consists of the followings: Intel mother board PR440FX with one Petium Pro 200 Seagate 2 Gb SCSI hard drive Fujitsu 10 Gb EIDE hard drive (boot) Syquest, Syjet 1.5 Gb removable drive Iomega 100 Meg removable Usrobotic 33.6 external modem Sony 17 se II monitor I hate to give up on FreeBSD.
