: What's dodgy about it?  It works fine for me.

It does not reliably work.  Full stop.  Works for some people, don't
work for others.  Doesn't set the right thing on all cards.  If you
want reliable ibss creation, the only way right now is to use
ibss-create.  If -c don't work for you, I don't wanna hear about it
'cause I don't support that interface anymore.  If it works, more
power to you.
