My mini-home-network consists of a FreeBSD Samba server ("PDC")
and a Win2kPro machine. From Windows nothing harmful can be done
- neither with OO nor with MS Office - because files are locked
as long as they are open.
But with my FreeBSD-OO I can edit while they are opened by one of
the Windows office suites.

Uli.
