 Yes, I agree.  I'm still not able to cat all files on my DVD (I get
 ILLEGAL REQUEST messages) but I suspect the manufacturer screwed up
 the iso9660 file system (maybe on purpose).  I can successfully
 extract titles using libdvdread, however.  mplayer also works and is
 successfully able to play every DVD I tried.
