Hi folks, A few days ago, I encountered a spontaneous reboot a few minutes after my ethernet cabling went haywire (LAN broken as long as a PC was plugged in on my cable). This was the only interesting stuff in /etc/messages: Mar 31 11:09:48 axl /kernel: xl0: watchdog timeout Mar 31 11:09:48 axl /kernel: xl0: no carrier - transceiver cable problem? Has anyone else seen these, and is the scenario in which I encountered them typical?
