I have a keyboard synthesizer with five-pin DIN MIDI in and out connectors. How can I control this from FreeBSD? I just want to be able to record and play MIDI events. I assume I need some kind of cable like this: https://www.amazon.com/SANOXY-Cable-Converter-Keyboard-Window/dp/B0017H4EBG What software (drivers? / application) would I also need?
