Folks,
I'm in the process of testing a FreeBSD 2.0-RELEASE system for
use as our campus newsfeed. I've got it up and running and I'm running
some tests on the disks, just ripping data across the partitions and
general abuse. I've logged in about 11 times from the console and my
personal FreeBSD system, and I've noticed that I get [No more processes.]
errors when the process count for my ID get's to 40 processes. Is this
something silly with my shell (tcsh) or in the kernel config. I've
configured the running kernel for a max users of 64, and root's process
count is at 49.
Thanks
