I haven't gotten *that* printer working with ghostscript, but I've gotten a few others working. The first step (for most things) is to get ghostscript working for your printer. If you have that working, then you might take a look at magicfilter (/usr/ports/print/magicfilter). It doesn't set up termcap for you, but it makes doing it pretty straightforward.
