Can you please check that the computer's date and time are set correctly? It if is, can you please run the following command, and send me its output: find /usr/src/contrib/groff /usr/src/gnu/usr.bin/groff -ls I suspect that modification dates of some files in /usr/src may be set to a wrong (future) time. Then make(1) may get confused thinking some targets are outdated in "installworld".
