I'm very sorry, my kernel is somewhat older then I thought:

# uname -a
FreeBSD limbo.lan 9.0-BETA2 FreeBSD 9.0-BETA2 #0: Mon Aug 29 09:56:12 
EEST 2011     arcade@limbo.lan:/usr/obj/usr/src/sys/MINIMAL  i386

Not subject to the bug though...
