Hmmm, this isn't going well, The machine completely hangs when starting pccardd from the command line, with the pcic irq routing being set to either PCI or ISA and trying polling mode and hard irq10 with either mode. I also tried this without the NP10T inserted, using the 4 mods listed above and each time pccardd is succesful in starting up, and it recognizes that slot 0 is empty. When the machine hangs I have to pull the battery to reboot.
