No, they don't.

Crtat was made obsolete in September 1998. It's still present in
src/sys/dev/syscons/syscons.c, but it isn't referenced anywhere that
matters except in pcvt (which I guess is a bug). Crtat mirrors
cur_console->adp->va_window.

Atrat is not referenced anywhere outside src/sys/pc98/pc98/syscons.c.
