I am trying to set up a private mirror of the FreeBSD 10 package repo.

The handbook
(https://www.freebsd.org/doc/en/articles/hubs/mirror-where.html)
recommends rsync from the "best" official mirror site, but they do not
appear to host the packages for 10 there anymore. pkg-ng figures out
where to go using SRV lookups, but none of these hosts seem to support
rsync.

So, what is the best way to do this for FreeBSD 10?

Thanks,

-Markham
