In keeping with the CTM services for other distribution lists of FreeBSD, the ctm-scr-2_1 list will also be changing to the slow mailout format. If you wish to assure that your updates are not delayed by this mechanism, you may subscribe to the ctm-scr-2_1-fast list instead. Except for the possible time delay caused by the mail bandwidth limiter, both lists will carry the same information. In actuality, unless there is some unforseen addition to the stable branch, I do not anticipate that the throttle restriction will ever come into action. However, we are providing both lists in order to promote uniformity.
