Yes, I noticed.  I don't like to USE_BZIP2, however, because it adds
another dependency.

For such cases, it would be nice to have something such as BZIP2_OK
for use in port Makefiles, and HAVE_BZIP2 that can be put in
/etc/make.conf or (the lately proposed) ports.conf.
